FIRST COURSE IN FLUORESCENCE-GUIDED SURGERY, 10-12 SEPTEMBER 2018
In 2018, the IHU Strasbourg is launching its first fluorescence-guided surgery course
Fluorescence Image Guided Surgery (FIGS) is today a rapidly expanding field, with huge benefits for multiple applications, to ensure precision and surgical safety.
Fluorescence Imaging increases the surgeon’s vision in real-time. Not only does it identify critical anatomical structures but it also provides information on the functions of healthy and pathological organs. A particularly promising field of application is that of oncological surgery enabling the surgeon to specifically mark tumors during surgery.
The practical course proposed by the IHU Strasbourg is a unique opportunity for gastroenterologists and surgeons, beginners or specialists, to discover the wide spectrum of procedures involved in FIGS.
Sign up for this new course which will enable you to progress in innovative techniques of image-guided surgery.
