The course presents recent advances in computer processing of medical images in the service of modern medicine and surgery. It deepens the algorithmic, mathematical and biophysical principles to increase the content of images and build a digital model of the patient and personal to assist the diagnosis, prognosis and therapy. These principles are illustrated by various clinical applications. Seminars complement the course with a specialized medical lighting or methodological.
